Good to Know
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m.
- Please call and make arrangements for late arrivals after 8:00 p.m. (+43 (0) 6414 677)
- Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
- The reception desk opens at 8:00 a.m., at which time early check-in is also possible. Late check-out is availble until 7:00 p.m.
- Hotel guests can use the spa facilities on day of check-out for a fee of € 15,- per person.
- Hotel guests can change clothes and store luggage in the spa facilities.
- Extra breakfast on day of check-in: € 10.-; Extra dinner (half-board) on day of check-out: € 15.-
- Note to "all inclusive" package guests: drinks ordered prior to 3:00 p.m. on day of check-in and after 10:00 a.m. on day of check-out are not included and will be charged seperately.
- Methods of payment: Cash (in Euros), EC bank card, Maestro/V Pay, Master Card, Visa
- Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the required down-payments are not made within the timeframe specified in the reservation confirmation.
- All inclusive packages can only be booked as a group or with specified rooms or room types - no exceptions!
